Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). In some rare cases we may still offer refunds for opened items within 30 days of delivery, but we do charge a 15% restocking fee on each opened item that is returned. All returns for refunds will have original and return shipping costs deducted from the refund. We cannot accept any returns on batteries or SD cards.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds will only be credited using the same method of payment that was used to process the original order (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Due to customs and shipping constraints, we are unable to accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
All return requests must be made by phone by calling us at 844-426-3226 (Toll Free). Our hours are 9 AM to 5 PM eastern standard time, Monday through Friday. We will issue prepaid return labels for all approved returns. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any returns recieved without an approved prepaid label and RMA# will be rejected and returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping is provided via the following carriers depending upon the shipping destination and/or customer selection: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Please also note that standard ground shipping for Kodiak Trail Cameras being sent to addresses located in North America is provided free of charge by Comanche Outfitters LLC. Additional fees may apply for international shipping and express shipping options.
